The staff was super helpful and nice, especially Lisa in the morning and the two ladies in the afternoon shift. The room was big, hyper-clean, and had lovely views of the city. We enjoyed lots of natural light as well.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It was so convenient being close to the airport and many restaurants. The room was comfortable with everything I needed including coffee facilities and toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Convenient location near JFK and Flushing hub. Level 2 for leisure, level 3 for breakfast and gathering. Beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable queen beds, quality linens, and ample amenities. Exceptional bathroom with quality toiletries, towels, rain head shower, and handheld. Easy operation coffee machine, TV, and USB outlets.

The location was central, surrounded by restaurants and a movie theater. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with spaciousness and good views. We also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle service, which could be requested in advance.
One drawback we experienced was the noise from the AC. While it worked well, it was a bit loud and may require earplugs for light sleepers.
